Intro To Sewing

This workshop is for all beginners who either have not used their sewing machines before or those who are a bit rusty and need a re-cap. You will learn all the basics and also leave the workshop with a small hand made cushion to show off your newly acquired skills! It is the perfect workshop to get you up and sewing in three hours.

It is recommended that you attend this workshop before moving onto other workshops.

Duration of workshop: 3 hours.

Number of places: 4-10max.

Cost: £40 with all materials included.  Sewing machines can be provided but I always recommend bringing your own to learn on if you have one. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided!

Where:  The workshop will be held in Three Crosses Community Centre, Swansea.

What to bring: Everything is provided but you can buy a starter kit on the day with everything you need to get sewing.  Click here to see the kits!

Please note – Within the price of the ticket, there is a £10 booking charge. If you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason, you will be offered a place on the next available workshop, but you will need to pay the £10 booking charge to secure your place due to the limited numbers and hire charges incurred for the venue.
