The apron workshop is one where you have the opportunity to make one of a few designs for adults or children. You can make one with a drawstring tie which can be adjusted, or a simple tie apron as well as a fabulous half apron which ties at the waist with gathered frills around the edge.
You will need to have completed the ‘Intro To Sewing Workshop’ or have some basic sewing skills already. You should know how to wind a bobbin, thread your machine and be confident sewing simple seams.
Duration of workshop: 3 hours.
Number of places: 2-4 max.
Cost: £35.
Fabrics can be purchased by the metre and fat quarters at the workshop. You can see most of my fabrics online here but there will be others available as fat quarters in the studio. You can also bring your own. Quantities depends on which project you make so please ask on booking.
Where: The workshop will be held in the studio in Dunvant. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided!
