A true celebration of love and friendship, this kit contains everything you need to make six felt Vintage Hearts.
The hearts can be used in many ways: in a garland as suggested but also hung individually (there is enough ribbon for this) or on a mobile. They also lend themselves very well to being filled with lavender (sold separately). You choose which colours and designs to use on each heart and its applique centre and they can be personalised with special names or dates.
We only use the best, softest, easiest to use wool-mix felt (45% wool, 55% viscose) in distinctive vintage shades that are often hard to find elsewhere. Our felt is also very forgiving which makes it a wonderful material to learn sewing and develop embroidery skills.
Our kits appeal to crafters of all abilities, including those just starting out, and anyone looking for an imaginative gift. The embroidery designs can be as intricate or as simple as you wish and this therefore a great project for younger or less experienced crafters.
