I am thrilled to be stocking the fabulous crochet kits by Emma at Pineapple Fibre Art. I first bought a G&T kit myself when Morgan was due to be born and I absolutely loved doing it…when I finally worked out how to crochet! I made two and want to keep making them in all colours!! These new Fleur kits are next on my list to make.
You will need some prior knowledge of crochet to understand the instructions as it is an intermediate level pattern. Written in UK terms, stitches used are:
magic circle
ch – chain
dc – double crochet
tr – treble
Standing treble
Slst – slip stitch
Dtr – double treble
Its a little fiddly, but not complicated. (YouTube is a wonderful tool if you need a quick recap on the stitches!)
In this kit you will find the things you need to make your own Fleur hoop: yarn, hoop, ribbon and pattern (written and charted). All you need are a crochet hook, scissors and a needle to sew in the ends.
